General Bookkeeping Services. We provide any or all of these services in one of two ways: 1) If you choose to purchase, or are already using QuickBooks, we can set and run this software for you either at your location or remotely; 2) You can provide us with the information needed for any of these functions and we can provide these services for you from our offices. These functions include:

Complete Payroll. P.A.S. Payroll Solutions a division of Professional Administrative Specialists, Inc. offers a complete online payroll and tax service targeted at getting you out of payroll processing and back to running your business. At P.A.S. Payroll Solutions we know that no one method is right for everyone. This is why we provide you with a variety of payroll input options. Whether you prefer to call in your payroll to our specialists, send in your information via fax, email or text or enter the data online with an internet-based solution you can be confident that your data is safe and secure.

P.A.S. Payroll Solutions offers direct deposit or professionally printed checks for your employees.  Funding for payroll and taxes can be done through payroll impounding or paid directly from your own account.

QuickBooks Implementation and Support. P.A.S., a team of QuickBooks experts, will assist you in selecting the appropriate QuickBooks solution that best meets your needs. We can then assist you in implementing QuickBooks, provide training and support and, if needed, run the software for you, depending on your company's needs. If you already own QuickBooks software, we can provide further assistance as well.

Sales Tax Reporting. Reporting the correct amount of Florida state tax your business owes is important because incorrect totals can cause penalties and even future problems with the federal government. In general, form DR-15EZ is completed by smaller Florida businesses for reporting sales and use tax. Let Professional Administrative Specialists, Inc. help you and your business avoid errors and possible penalties.

Forensic Accounting. Specialized Accounting work in situations where misappropriation is suspected.

Training Classes (QuickBooks). We offer 1/2 & full day on-site classes as well as full day seminars.
